If you contact a business that operates on OverKnight AI's platform, your interaction may involve a guided experience facilitated by one of our intelligent assistants. In certain cases, you may receive a text message for the following reasons:

  • To confirm a scheduled service or request you initiated during the interaction

  • To remind you of an upcoming appointment

  • To follow up if a conversation was interrupted or required clarification

All outbound messages are sent as part of a transactional workflow and only in direct response to a user-initiated engagement.

2. How Consent Is Obtained

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally or contextually during your interaction with the system. If you proceed with a booking or confirm your interest in receiving details by text, this is considered valid opt-in for transactional communication.

OverKnight AI does not send marketing or promotional messages. Messaging is limited to service-related communication initiated by the user.

3. Your Control

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, you may reply "STOP" to any message. We honor all opt-out requests in accordance with industry standards and comply with all applicable TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
